Howdy folks!! (APOLOGSIES to those who have had this via email, i havent got everyones email address)

How is everybody doing these days?? Well here I am sat at my ****ing computer like some proper geek with no friends and I wanted to share my experiences of my most recent Snowboarding Holiday, with some like minded souls... yes you lot, who have as much as an interest in SB as I do.. (some of you a hell of a lot more, mind you... it verges on addiction) Heres some invites to Snowboarders Anonymous for a few of ya!

Anyway I was there thinking about my future season in NZ, sat with my girlfriend, when one of zenas friends says "Lets go to Czech Republic ..." what the **** is in Czech, apart from stag partys drinking far too much booze, snorting dirt cheap russian mafia cocaine, and shagging eastern european whores, says I..

Mountains..

Ooooooh with Snow on? I reply.. Yes

Lets go in February then!!! The plan was all set... all it needed was some organisation.

Yes... the organisation.. You see I cant speak Czech or read it come to that matter, so i left it in the comfortable hands of someone who could.. BIG MISTAKE. Never again am I leaving the organisation of a holiday to someone I hardly know.. coz nothing gets done, til the last minute and then it all turns to ****..

We booked our flights and asked this stupid bitch to sort out accomodation and transfers.. lift passes and other **** can be done there.. Anyway she does jack **** for months, and then says "we are going here or nowhere.." HERE was in the middle of ****ing nowhere and the nearest mountain about 7km away.. **** that me thinks....

Anyway me and the lady decided to give this ****ing whore, the big "En Coulez Vous Madame" and book a nice trip somewhere else with some of her friends... They had already booked there trip and it was to the lovely resort called Pas de la Casa in Andorra, otherwise known as Essex on Ice...

3 days into the New Year and we are looking on the net, for some last minute deals.. nothing at all is coming up, until we surf to http://www.bigfreeze.co.uk which i must promote as offering some fantastic PAKAGE holiday bargains.. Note the word package..

7 days in Pas de la Casa, Hotel Catalunya 2*, Half Board, Flights and transfers for £279.00 Bargain!!!Only lift passes and rental/lessons for the lady to pay for..

Im all set, the board has been waxed, the holes I nailed into it sanded down!! the bag is packed, new goggles, gloves, thermals, and the piece de la resistance a Protec Helmet.. Everyting is set...

I check out the weather before I go, mmm some snow last week (about 30cm) and it looks like blue skies for the week we are there.. woooohooo!! Get to Gatwick at 5 in the morning for a lovely First Choice Airways charter flight and a 5 hour transfer from Toulouse to Pas.

The hotels pretty standard.. mind you its got hot water all the time, which is a first for me and the rooms lovely and cosy, Nice double bed.. mmm its looking goood!!!

Monday Morning, go off riding with Zenas friends boyfriend and his mates, who are all reasonably good, nowhere near my standard mind, and shoot off all over the place.. Its lovely Blue Skies, lovely motorway slopes and little bits of powder here and there.. This is going to be a great week!! Then it starts...

Yes ladeez.. I know what you are thinking, the white stuff starts coming down!! I cant beleive it.. Heres me hoping for snow all night and blue skies all day, that would be amazing, but heres the catch.. it doesnt stop snowing for two and a half days.. High winds means the lifts are closed.. High winds mean its also really **** to go outside and build a kicker (like in Tignes, remember that anyone?) so I'm stuck watching Eiskuntslaufen on eurosport.. (there was only so much money for booze, ya know)

Anyway Thursday comes round and i look out the window, and there is snow everywhere!! i'm at the lifts at 08:55 ready for the lifts to open.. 10:00 they tell me.. So there I am waiting and finally the small 4man opens to a run about 800m long, but we are second on and can see some lovely lines to be ridden... wooohooo!!!

Some great runs are had, when we think lets try a different lift.. this begins a 3hr queue for other lifts whilst every man and his dog have seen the mountain is open and decide to try there luck as well.. Whilst this is happening, i bend down to take my board off, and stand back up...That doesnt feel very nice.. Oh well lets just rest.. stand back up... OWWWW!!! What the **** is up with my back???

Oh deary me, this holiday is going from bad to worse.. I have just put my back out somehow, and i cant even stand up straight ..Lets go have a hot choccy..

Anyway it doesnt get any better, and I spend the next 24 hours lying in bed watching ****ing Eurosport, whilst everyone else is enjoying themselves snowboarding... On friday afternoon, i decide to try and go swimming and have a sauna and a hot tub.. this seems to help slightly, and I go out the final day for some final snowboarding....

Now i must admit I had a great day on saturday.. they finally opened up the lifts to the other side, and we went off in search for powder.. and powder did we find.. Not after a long trek, but tree runs, and closed blacks had waist deep powder to ride in and i've got to tel you i had the biggest **** eating grin on the mountain!! it was rad!!

So that was my holiday, the only thing i didnt mention was the 8hour transfer back to Toulouse, and the fact I broke my phone on day one.. (it had my Biz Markie tune "just a friend" on that I wanted to listen to and sing on the lifts to everyone!!)

Anyway I hope you all enjoyed my experience in andorra..

One last thing before I sign off.. Mr Mikeeee Edwards has pointed me in the direction of www.hi5.com its a friends website, where people have there own pages where you keep people updated with what you are doing, show them some photos of theose bluntslides you nearly made, and generally keep in touch with each other with minimum effort.. had a bit of a nose, being the internet geek I am at this moment in time (i'm living with my parents and only go out with my mates back home once a week, and see my girlfriend / southampton buddies at weekends) and i think its really good..

My idea (which i sort of stole off mikeee) is to get everybody connected and keeping in touch, throught the group i set up on there called YELLOWSNOW surprisingly... lets find out how everybody is doing.. saves writing the big group emails and ****...

Save the site in your favourite favourites and check up on it once a month or summat, or once a year if your name is jasper...(useless twat never responds to any emails are you still alive??)

anyway my link is here....

Hi5 friends network...

and dont forget to join my group YELLOWSNOW

Laters clowns .... keep in touch

PS Hope the club has a great holiday in les Deux Alpes this year... Good luck Ben & Sherm!

PPS if anyone wants a gmail invite, let me know and will get one out
